Located in Singapore's central business district, this 25-story speculative office tower enjoys a prominent location and excellent views. The building's glass curtain wall is sheathed in a distinctive skin of extruded aluminum rods that provide shade and reduce glare. This skin also covers the parking garage and mechanical floors, enabling the building to have a unified overall appearance.

Providing a high level of tenant amenities was central to the design of the tower. Sky gardens in various sections of the building capitalize on views with minimal intrusion into efficient, rectangular floor plates. At ground level, the free flow of pedestrians is facilitated by the shape and positioning of the lobbies, which offer separate entrances for up to four tenants.
